When will I receive the conference program?
You will receive the finalized conference program approximately 7-10 Days before the event. It will also be available on the conference website.
Can I get an invitation letter for my visa?
Yes, if you need an invitation letter for your visa, please fill out the Visa Request Form. Once submitted, the letter will be issued within 1-3 business days. Invitation letters will be issued upon confirmation of registration and payment of the registration fee.
How do I change my registration details (e.g., prefix, presentation type)?
If you need to make changes to your registration, please contact our support team at support@hsconf.org Changes can be made before the registration deadline.
Is my payment refundable?
